Property
Food is 50 sp/month per resident. This should only count family — live-in retainer wages already assume the standard day-rate (not room & board), so don't double-count staff here.
Accountant
An Accountant is paid "5% of amount handled" — shown on the Sheet tab's Treasury section as 5% of that month's combined Upkeep and Wages. Having one on staff also removes the no-accountant penalties on Upkeep, Taxes, and (if 5+ retainers) the household disorganization surcharge.
Upkeep & Taxes Rolls
These are saved with the property, since they usually only get re-rolled once a year rather than every time you open this page. Rows only appear for the dice that apply to your current setup. See the Sheet tab for the expected range before rolling.
Retainer Types

Hired Staff
Annual cost uses the standard Monthly Wage × 12. Check "Lives at property" on a hired retainer to use the (cheaper) Monthly Live-In Wage instead, where that type offers one — live-in wages already include room & board, so live-in staff shouldn't also be counted in the Property section's food total. Guide has no monthly rate, so Daily × 360 is used instead. Henchman is a classed adventuring companion, not paid staff — no wage is charged.
